yo guys how you doing?
im looking very forward to coming to some drift meets in the near future(i hope there even is any!? hehe) anyways, i just bought a HPI STAGE D drift kit and so far seems to be very very fun, i had to slap some PVC tape to get it going wikid sideways tho hehehe. 1 thing i gotta say is i aint in perth, im currently studying at Curtin Uni and working in a underground mine in kalgoorlie but i come down to perth regularly to see my mates(regularly beeing prolly once every 2 months for 1 weekend)

HOWEVER, on 24th of june i get a huge break till 1st of August so if there is any meets in JULY i will DEFINATELY be there :) i will post pics of my s15 shell as soon as its painted(waiting for paints to come up from stanbridges atm)

Hi satriagti94,
hopefully I will have got the spare parts for my Yoke buy then (taking forever) so even if noone else in perth is still drifting we can meet up somewhere for a bash.

im up for some drifitng if anyone here still does any :P

i prefer my nitro for drifitng only because the engine sounds a lot nicer than "whiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" :D

tell me when the next one is and i will try to get there.

just try and set a time that doesnt clash with normal club racing and u should get ab etter turnout. id be up for some night time midweek action. maybe tue or wed nights but itmakes it a bit harder to find someplace suitable coz u need lights.

previously we've donw undercover omni carpark but surface isnt that great. harbourtown has very very slick concrete and plenty lights on its top level but there is security guards so dunno how they will react. and the parking itself is closed so ud have to park at omni anyway and walk over.

i think belmont park racecourse carpark is the other place the guys have gone at night but i dunno much about that one. anyway...just a few suggestions that also keep it central.

i think the parking at omni and walking to harbour town sounds awesome, especially coz im only running tape for now i need a slightly more slippery surface to keep the drifts going good. screw the security guards i dont think they will have a prob with rc cars, if anything they will probably wanna have a go hehe
