ok guys i spoke to Volker this morn and he is happy for us to use the track on sunday
i was thinking of a $10.00 charge that goes to the carine club was also going to bring BBQ and do snags in a bun all profit to the club as well
this will be a practice test and tune day and to have some fun
i will be there about 10.00 to open the gates
post up if your coming and if you want a snag so i can get numbers

almost killed my slash today and its the first damn day i ran it.
going to have to get a smaller motor, its damn near uncontrollably.
after a massive end over end flip then twist and crazy barrel role i thought something would have gone. damn thing picked up the front and then one did a one wheel wheelie when i opened it up after seeing how fast i could go. it goes fast and i may have to save the 3s for another car.
had to go to the ole ladies place at she got some storm damage so took it with me and managed to launch it off a mini-t sized rock that was just off the driveway. not even a blip on the throttle and it goes off line, hits the rock with a sound that makes my wallet hurt and again does some insane flip. this time good enough to move the motor.
tomorrow could be crazy :)

Will bring 2 truggies and the Mini Erevo, and if I feel like it I'll get something else organised in the morning.

Yes the Hor is sitting at the front door waiting to get out, but the FG's mysteriously hid in a room so I couldn't find them.

Cheers that was my first run on a proper track and it was good fun. Sucked I only had 1 lipo was just starting to get the hang of it.

popped a shock and i think the thread is now stuffed, it goes back on fine but i looked later and the same one is coming off again. i'll grab some spare losi shocks i have and whack them on, never destroyed one of them yet.

spur gear is baby bum smooth, i'm told this should have some teeth on it.

and stripped some threads in the damn motor. that could be harder to fix up.

mite need a rpm gear cover as i noticed the stock one was letting crap in which didn't help with death of the spur gear.
gearbox is still quiet when the motor is removed so it may actually have survived the 3s wheelstands yesterday.
