Venom LiPo Charger - Dud, and Fraud by RC Hobbies (NSW)

I purchased this along with an E-Firestorm Flux, two Intellect 5000mAh batteries, so I'm shocked at how stupid their behaviour has been with this charger.

RC Hobbies customer service for this faulty device is pathetic, and fraudulent.

It was faulty, I asked if they accept return and refund, Fred said yes, I sent it registered platinum post, and he has since ignored all correspondence for over 6months since receiving it... and I am out of pocket for registered platinum post.

If he didn't want to refund it, why not just say so?
I wouldn't have wasted my time and money if you were honest.
Instead this is what his reply was:

Yes Fred, there was something else, and I have let you know every month for that past 6months.

I hope you didn't sell this dud charger onto some other poor person.

To other RC shoppers, know that dealing with this store online, you are taking a gamble of being ripped off.

This post in not a product review but rather a bitch/moan/rant/complaint about the service you received from a online hobby shop where you probably paid more than buying the same gear locally.

You should have posted this in another thread. Your post will more than likely be deleted from their product review section before the day is over tomorrow.

My suggestion is that you should have followed this up with Consumer Protection (http://www.teamadrenaline.net/forums/www.commerce.wa.gov.au) or with Venom about 5 and a half months ago.
