Hi guys
I'm a newby.... thanks to the administrator for activating my account here so promptly.
cut the story short.... I've been looking for a good club to run my trucks (both nitro/electric;drifting/onroad/offroad which everone is allowed) and basically just to have some fun. I think Carine RC is the closes from where i live (which i prefer) but I havent had a response from the contact provided on the website. Found Team Adrenaline forum and i am hoping i can get contacts with regards to CarineRC so i can get some info in joining the club.
PM me if you can.... Any info will be appreciated....
Thanks!

Sorry, I've been away the last week so haven't been able to respond.
Depends what level of RC you are interested in. Carine runs occassional club days and 2 major events per year. Have a look at our website link below for an indication of events we've run the last year.
If you're after regular racing during summer then West Coast may be a better option.
Is Carine a more relaxed venue? Like the better place for a newbie to start?
I just want to make the transition from 'bashing' around local parks etc to something
more challenging and organised without feeling like I just found where F1 drivers go when they retire.
I've spent up big on 2 1/8 truggies and a MT but now I read Bayswater may be a problem.
There is Whiteman Park but that looks daunting/hardcore.
So I too was thinking Carine looks like it might be the place, maybe for my friend too.
As long as its not months between being able to go there.

Carine club days are a good place to learn how to drive in a race scenario without the pressure-cooker environment you may see at other race meets. (Carine Interclubs excluded, of course). If you're enjoying your racing then you can mix it more easily at West Coast etc. Carine's also a good place to test and tune.
