Considering selling out of micro rc.

After all the money spent and such little time actually playing, I'm thinking of selling up my cars.

I need a new project. I want a big truck :D.

Would anyone be interested in my Mini-T, M18 or TLT-1? I'm gonna put them up on ebay I think, but maybe someone here will save me the ebay fees.

As for how much? Basically, I figure I'm gonna need a grand for a new truck so that's how much I need to make. I'll figure out the prices and get some photos for ebay later.

Anyone have any idea how much I should ask for?

I've spent roughly:
- $900 for the Mini-T. All aluminium/titanium/carbon fibre (fullforce and some GPM). Beast motor. Oil shocks (w/ spring set). Ti buckles. Wheelie bar. 4 sets of as new wheels/tyres. HS81MG servo.
- $350 on the M18. Motek Panther Pro chassis. Beast motor. Graphite shaft. Spring set. 2 sets of wheels/tyres. HS81MG servo.
- $500 on the TLT-1. Traxxas links and HPI bones for the lift/stretch. Reedy MVP dyno tuned motor. Two servos for 4WS.

What do ya reckon?

Interesting, but I don't think you'd get anywhere near what you paid for unfortunately.

What sort of "Big Truck" are you thinking of?

Oh, I definately realise I wont get as much as I've spent. Just want some opinions as to how much people think I can get. Considering the state of my gear, I'd be thinking 70% at best, 50% at worst.

As for what truck, I saw the Traxxas Revo on some sites and that got me thinking....

d00d it's a shame to see it all go - but i think you should get an LST man - with a couple mods you can have it handling just as good as a revo ;)

Typically on a secondhand RC you can sell them for 1/3 of what they cost. If they're in good condition, best you'll get is 50%, depending on what goodies/extras you have.

Got a pic of the mini-t? I'd be interested in that.

I hear what you're saying. And I would fully expect that kind of return. Except, most of my stuff usually fetches at least the 50% mark just because of it's condition. I got back about 90% on my Pro4 and iwaver. But, in the end, all I want is a new truck, so as long as I get enough for that, I'm pretty much happy.

Balistic - I'm already broke. I'll just have a big truck instead of a little one ;)

Bages - I'd be more inclined to trade a liver or kidney for a new truck :D

LST.. i know a few guys who have them.. personally. if you want a tough hardy truck that has plenty of spares available then you cant go past the savage 25... and im not saying that because i have 1.. i own a tmaxx.. been very reliable
