its a KING OF SHAVES TWIN BRUSHLESS RTR BOAT (i think)

but because there are a lot out there... is this a good one or is there anything better?

i'm a noob on rc boats so be nice :D

if you havnt had a boat before dont go spending big bucks mate they do sink rather fast
i have a few boats now they are not like driving cars mate one of mine is capable of about 130kph or more
just get something reasonably fast lean what effect the wind has and the waves or you could cost yourself lots of money

i got an aquacraft supervee brushless, not bad for a first boat. 2 lipos' extra BEC is needed tho or the stock esc will keep cutting out on ya

I'd like to go electric as i am tired of nitros. had nitro trucks for xxxx years now and they've now been dethrone by my brushless cars for its rights to sit on my workbench.. :)

that big one is a gasser it got a 26cc SIK 2 stroke motor
the gas boats are just as easy as an electric and sound heaps bettera

though tempting, i might stick with small electric ones first.... as long as it is quick so it doesn't get boring...

I run 4S in my supervee, its a sick boat, got upgraded trim tabs, turn fins, water pickup and a bigger motor cooling jacket. When going lipo I needed a lipo cutoff and the CC adjustable BEC cause the speedy couldnt handle the juice :D Its plenty fast on lipo but stock on NMIH its pretty slow

nah all radio gear is the same basically. Just run water cooling jackets on esc and motor. all the elecs go in a water tight box, some people dont run a box though

ahh.. thanx for that. someone told me i needed a different receiver and i wasn't sure why i needed another one so i backed off in buying one as i would rather know more about it than just jumping into it.

i suppose the next question is if the boat flips upside down halfway through the river, what is another boat that i could buy to flip it back up.... :D

i was thinking more like a RC tug boat and put a little crane on it and magnets on each one to pull it up..... thats as far as i thought.... gotta get a boat first...

it is an awesome thing handles really nice and goes hard
will be giving it a new paint job very soon not sure on the design yet
