Is there anywhere in WA that runs a vintage class? I wouldnt mind a vintage run every now and again, charge up the old NIMH stick packs and hit the track!

I want to run a vintage class as a one off thing maybe twice a year.. just havn't touched on it yet need to put feelers out there to see who's got what and keen.. also need to check with a friend in VIC as they run them over there on a regular basis .. would be good to see the basic outline of rules they run under ..

I reckon stock speedys and old school tamiya cans. It would be awesome to see a heap of old buggies/trucks slammin it round.
I hope my hornets wheelbearings are legal ha ha

It's pretty much dead, a few ppl still race it at Bayswater, nowhere near as big as it was, got overregulated at the start a couple of trophy hunter hard core types started bitching if someone beat them and it just went from there. Shame too! The Bayswater rule IMO is the fairest, any lap under 24 seconds is discarded, so makes for close racing and rewards consistant driving.
