I noticed that when I am running my Revo, it can pull wheelies at around the 3/4 - 1/4 tank period of running (I only run one tank at a time). After that, it won't wheelie anymore. Any ideas what's going on? I figure it's something to do with the tuning variances as the engine heats up, but what should I do to get that power back?

try retuning it when its warm

also check the glow plug

other than that im out of ideas :)

wheelies? in the revo? you sick freak!

I was surprised that it could wheelie at all with the stock suspension. I heard you needed to stiffen the suspension up. But it does anyway :P

Glow plug is brand new.

I guess I'll just retune it when it doesn't wheelie. By the way, that traxxas dvd is hilarious!

ahahaha i thought so too

i had a fair few beers before i started watching it (still nfi why i bothered watching it)

but that guy is such a sack :P

and i got the giggles after 20 mins of "traxxas barand fuel, fuel bottle, glow warmer, toilet paper, tea cup set etc"

but still good for a laugh :)

I was only watching it for the action clips of their truck. I wanted a reference point for performance. But that guy is just *so* serious about everything it makes the whole thing worth watching again.

mmmm.....50% nitro. If it were possible to find some, I'd do it when I was ready to get a new engine.

buy 100% nitro and then blend

I have heard problems of the T-maxx leaning out the lower its gets in the tank but i am unsure about the revo but could that be your problem???

if it was leaning out, wouldn't I be getting more power?

Savages do this too...the lower they get, the leaner they run. They make more power, until they get really lean and hot, and then they start losing power..

Your problem Justo, is that it doesnt have a brushless motor in it :P

Is that to do with the back pressure from the exhaust?

How big is your tank?
