innitially it was the bling on the cage that got me , they look awesome .
The chassis is also very very strong and the grear are steel so its tough .
Their weak point is the front end , ive kissed gutters and the front bottom pin of the arm pops out . SUrprisingly is comes with 3 spare brackets to hold those pins in as i think their aware your gonna break this often .
The radio is crap , a quick spekky replacement fixes that .
Steering servo is not bad at all , metal geared , the esc looks like a hobbywing 150amp , motor is frikkin huge and on 4S with decent runs i havnt been able to get it hot so motor wise its very comfortable .
I locked the center ( front rear ) diff as i found it loved running in front wheel drive as the front wheels were pulling the car with no rear pushing and when i did that it changed totally , im now able to lift the front wheels off the ground on launch .
ANyway , heaps more , ill do a review tomorrow hopefully as its as dirty as buggery atm so even a photo wouldnt show you whats on it as you cant see anything other than dirt ... lol

Hey RB ,me thinking of getting one of theses too........how good do they handle in rough water????and how fast is it in standard form???, other boat forums ,the guys had them on GPS only able to do 51kph out of the box.......and the makers quote 60-65kph.
I want one minus the cheap electrics so I can put my own gear in it........lol
anyone got one they want to sell????

hey blokes , mine came with speedy .
Unfortunately i didnt test it with great lipos as they were well down on good storage levels and have since got some decent lipos but havnt had a chance to get back to the lake .
Top speed of 51mph ..... hmmmm , pushing it i reckon , id say about 60kph tops with the standard running gear it comes with .
Running it in rough water is a massive NO NO ... this thing at speed with bad lipos was strugling in a rippled pond .
If weather is good on Sunday ill try to get up some video seeing this boat is drumming up some interest
I want one minus the cheap electrics so I can put my own gear in it........lol
My mates came (last week) with no electronics, just a motor... so no esc, no servo, no lipos...
so its perfect for u :)

Jas just get a decent prop and youll get it moving. Just for example my supervee went from 55kms to 69 with a octura 3 blade prop balanced/sharpened and some 50c lipos. adjusting the trim tabs will help the boat run better in general. I tune the tabs everytime I get mine out to fine tune its ride, sometimes you can really notice the difference in speed.

ohh well , took it for a run now ... not good at all .
Rolled it , puffed the F*** out of my 4S IP 4800 25C lipo and killed a spekky RX .
Bloody expensive hobby let me tell you .
Got it ALL on video so will edit it up a bit and post it up tonight :(

not good news RB, boats are power hungry.....if the battery can't push out the amps ,its toast.

Here you go boys , took over a frikkin hour and a half to convert from 1080P down to 720P then top upload to utube .
Anyway , check the clip , its running on a standard 4800Mah 2S 25C IP lipo .
After the flip , you will never believe it but the prop acts as a plane propellor and at quarter throttle i was able to virtually hovercraft it back to me which we found amusing lol .
Ohh video is by my 7 year old daughter so not perfect but not bad
