Hey guys , ive got a 1:5 scale here i bought a while back off rctech and now finally getting it runnig but ive noticed the rear wheels have a massive toe in .
ALso the front tyres have a slight toe out .
It was bought off a respectable racer so im sure its done like that for a reason but just questioning it

Is it a Onroad 1/5th or Off Road ? 4wd ? 2wd ?
More toe in on the rear will generally straighten a car up better, But normally you run zero on the front or slight toe out .5º but off road gas guys are know to run toe out on the front to get more steering, but this will make for unstable straight line.. If the toe in on the rear is about 4º or less i would leave it as is..

I always ran 1 degree toe out up front and 2-3 degrees toe in at the back as a ballpark setting

OK , its on road 2wd .
Yep , just measured the rear and 4.5 degrees on the rear .
All good im guessing then hey , just asking as it does look allot more than it measures

Check your rear camber as well, sometimes if that is out, it can make the toe in look worse than it is.

4º or 5º is used in racing and looks rather extreme thats for sure.. most people dont run it that high but its not uncommon , ive got a couple of cars that run at 4º
