I've read that some people have used step or taper pin tyres on the front of their mini-T's, interesting.

I'm considering trying my worn stock rear taper pin's on the front.. or something. the rib's are generally not that great... hrmmm

I know BB run's the smashers? I think...

I'd love some of those topcad alloy wheels, they are just bad bad bad! haha, will go well with my old school hauler truck body thats coming soon..

Yeah they are. I think cost US$20 + shipping from RCmart and came with a cheap set of racing tyres.

hardly seems worth selling... :P

I was running Smashers but they are heavy and not very soft. I have gone back to the original fronts. I found that worked better.

Its very simple.

Razors on front, paddles on back :D

Do you really need anything else??

I'm yet to buy my paddles for the T....PHC only had the fronts when I went in because some goose didnt buy the front razors with the paddles, and everyone else hasnt got em...model flight have em but I'm not paying their shipping costs just for 2 pairs of tyres and rims!

Joe, if you want to do a model flight order, maybe we could work something out with other's here? I could always do with a few 'T' spares... I'd rather buy local, but if you need the parts? then again, by the time the order arrives, a local shop will have them.

Yeah I dont need spares, I stocked up already...but if anyone wants to do a model flight order, I'm sure there will always be something I need, so I'll be in that for sure :P

hahaha....and I remember seeing a mini-t shock conversion for the rc18t on one18th.com!

Believe it or not, the RC18T shocks are shit compared to the Mini-T ones, and people do the conversion for that reason!

The Mini-T Oil shocks are one of the best ones u can get for the Mini-T, with the BRP ones being the best....if you build the Mini-T ones properly, they are great...I put thread tape on mine and they havent leaked yet ;)

For the record, I got shock rebuild kits as spare already...went on a spare parts frenzy at PHC 2 weeks ago.

You can replace the plastic seal on the Losi shocks. They cost around $6 for a pair.

Losi shocks - the trick is to use a thick grease on the plastic seal threads. it works like a charm. Most do, everyone give me positive comments on my Mini-t's suspenion.

RC18T shocks are good, If you know how to build a shock properly. They have a bladder in the top of them so its dead easy to get rid of air bubbles.

Edit - Stupid emotes are case sensitive!
