What sort of paint is used to paint rims/wheels?

I had to remove the chrome off a set of rims I had, only cos the chrome started to flake off. So out came the dremel and now I have 4 white rims. Are there specific paints available that I can use on them which will bond to the plastic.

If the rims are white u can dye them ,or i got mike to paint a set of rims for me ,he used the standard body paint on them ,they have now seen a few meets on them now ,and are in GR8 shape

Normally you can dye them....not sure what dye you use though, but maybe food colouring??

Standard dye from the chemist works a treat ,Big tim use to dye a crap load of stuff .
