ok, i scored a very inexpensive b3 buggy on the weekend.

it has a duratrax esc which form reading the specs can take down to a 20t motor and 6-7 cells.

so with that in mind what sort of motor could i cheaply look at getting?

im only after something that can be thrashed about the yard as the buggy has a fair bit of graphite etc and maybe a little stupidity as well :P

kind of like to keep around the $50 mark so the car doesnt brake the $100 barrier :D

One more vote for the venom fireballs. Cheap speed. I bought one for my B3 just before I sold it. I should get back in contact with the guy and tell him about this site seeing as 'his' buggy is now immortalised in the banner here.

I think I got a 15turn. I was a bit disappointed I didn't go for a super low turn one. The 15T was pretty fast and fun, but not as much fun as seeing a micro take off and cut it up or a monster truck eating up anything it comes across.

im getting the 21t and a 19t

hoping the 19t will work if not i will use the 20t with my esc and save the 19t til i get a new esc (not wanting to spend too mcuh $$$ on brushed cars)
