Carine raceday

Hi All . Sunday 5th June we are having a race meet at the Carine track. Gates open at 8 am with racing starting at 9am sharp.There will be the usual 2 x qualy 3 or 4 x finals , all types of electric rc welcome . Hot dogs for lunch and cold drinks available , entry to Pennistone park via Aldis street Greenwood.

Carine track has received some track improvements, including a new TABLE TOP to ease the second bottom lanes ORIGINAL JUMP for 1/10s and extention of the ESSES to maximise track length and use its raised banks, and boy does it drive much better.
Thanks to Adrians help we can all to enjoy a better track for this sunday coming and followed by THE BOMBSHELL INTERCLUB the following sunday. Cheers VW.

If we have enough first timers we will but the track is easy to get around , if you turn up we will fit you in somewhere.

How do the race days work? Having never been to one, just wanted to know the basics... Kinds of cars, motors, batteries, cost etc?
Normal just a basher but interested in finding out more.

I have a brushless SC truck but it has 1/8th wheels and I only have 7-cell nimhs - would that be okay to bring?

Club days at Carine tend to be informal and we'll try to find a class for you to race in so come down for a run.

We had a TRUGGY PARTY today, personally could not get tit together but man the mashing, drifting and cartwheeling was sure a lot of FUN. Like the good old Days.

Bombshell should get us going for some more laughs.
