I just got these emailed to me by Mike (the guy that is painting some shells for me)

note the detail in the supercharger bolts and intake holes, and exhaust holes, silver front grill, black tonnau cover, etc...

James, ask him how much to paint me some shells.

im happy with whatever he paints on them, im sick of looking at clear shells :P

the only thing holding me back form that is a total and utter lack of skills. if someone can do a good job im happy to pay for them. i cant even get aerosole paint cans sent to me as they can only be sent via hazchem courier :(

Awesome shell James - great to see something different as they all come the same new (3 colours dont make much difference) Cant wait to see Herbie !!! :-)

I dont even bother painting my own shells. One colour is boring, and it costs too much $$ to setup to do your own, esp if your not going to be painting heaps of them.

I believe Mike paints 1/18th shells for $25 (just like the one in this thread), and 1/10th shells for about $50. maybe more $$ for MT's or 1/8th, I really dont know.

im in no rush, you cant hasten brilliance.

i will catch him on msn and send him the 6 bare shells i have here that are making me cry :P
