Ive got a bit of an idea on a new design in Painting pails and got the design and specs down but looking for a place that can make me up a demo .
Does anyone know of any places that can help me :)

Prob easier to build your own vacuum former. I think a one off mite see you needing to sell a shelf or two of cars.

LOL ... yeah , thought of that but i need heat resistant plastic so cant possibly do it my way :(

How much heat resistance? Silicon is going to be your only truly heat proof stuff. But most plastic is going to be relatively heat proof. I mean takeaway food containers cop a bit of heat specially when u nuke em to reheat food, and they are vacuum formed.

nah just the "blister clamshell" like used for sushi rolls is vacformed
the square and round boxes with separate lids are injection molded afaik

To give you an idea we have plastics made at my workplace fairly regular and tooling costs around $10000
Gotta be worth it too make your money back!

Sketch a proto and we'll do a round table review.
A lot of 3D modelling packages now will simulate to a certain degree.
You could also look at heat forming HDPE or UHMWPE as this stuff can be welded, it would just be a matter of profiling shapes as required and getting one made.
Prove the principle then hit up ABC New Inventors.
