Hey guys , a few of us in the street have come to an agreement and all bought the same cars , same motors etc so we can race so we bought 6 of these Sakura kits .

Last night we started building them and weve all come up with the same problem of a pretty tight drive line .

Its not fully tight as in cant spin but if you spin the spur gears there is a bit of tention on it and its allot more firm than loose which i think might give out hobbywing 9T motors a bit of a run .

Weve all adjusted the tension rings that go over the bearings so that its as loose for the belt as possible but still not too happy .

Does anyone have one of these chassis and any tips of loosening this driveline a bit ( well loosening the main belt really )

Not so sure on these kits, but do they have adjustable belt tension at the diff end... you know, like a TA05 or DB01 does? If so, drop it down to a looser setting and that should free up the drivetrain a bit. I had a similar problem with my old DB01 and it seemed to fix the problems with drivetrain stiffness.

Ok RB, I got one of these on my desk because I figure with the Trophy Truck I'll just copy you :P (Actually fitting any battery in the JRXS was become impossible) But seriously, wtf is with the rear shock tower? The back body mount is almost on the rear wing of most TC shells.

..stupid!
