Hump pack 3 pin ??

Howdy lads..Nitro stevos noob question of the week !! :p
Just purchaced a hump pack and charger and both have a 3 pin outlet whereas the savage has 2 pin..
Would a hobby shop have these 2 pin ends and ifso is it just a matter of cutting the wire and rejoining.
3 pin has funny enough 3 wires
2 pin has 2..
what happens to the extra connection.
With my almost non exsistant electric talents i hope ive made some it reasonably clear..

you should be able to just plug the 2pin connection inside the 3 pin connection? Just get the positive and negative wires matched up.

Failing that, yeah, just get a 2 pin connector from a LHS.

Actually, that would depend on whether the hump pack is male or female...can't remember.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter. So long as the black goes with balck and the red goes with red

na no luck.. the plugs are different shapes ,so plugging it in is a no go..
Damn..i knew it couldnt be that simple.
