How do we boost Team Adrenalin's profile to gain members

As per topic, what can we do to boost member numbers?

So far we only have a handful of members. To me this is good because it feels easier to be heard and to get help than the larger forums.

Only problem that I see at the moment is how I am rarely online when someone else is, making the forum a "post a question and come back tomorrow" sort of deal.

So far I think the forum contect is excellent and I think matto20v is doing a good job with the News page.

Maybe you should put a post up on a few of the forums in their "event" section, about an event which is on, and then say something like

"team adrenaline will be there, visit www.teamadrenaline.net for more info!"

Also, tell all your friends about it, or if you see anyone with an RC car, tell them too

ive put a post on overclockers.com.au and i beleive Willo posted something on PerthWRX forums (?). just from that, we have what we have today. word of mouth has also brought people here.

post as much as you can about it (and dont forget the www at the front of the name else they get taken elsewhere) and let as many people know about it.

once i return to perth, myself and James will organise a meet at a track and we can say gday. then, we will see who's interested in weekly racing (or fortnightly). then, get shirts printed, and on it goes. a real fun hobby with a nice community going.

but for now, just spread the word to as many forums and email groups as possible....

if we spread the word, and each of us gets 1 more person here, that means we double our member size to around 30... and then we get those new people to do the same again and on it goes.

thats my thoughts on this, what do you think??

Sounds good. One the guys at the track works for a printing company. Might see if he does stickers.
