This was my first rc, she has been good to me but is becoming very painful to start! I also have a tg10 mk.1 but no pics. I am also waiting on a Asociated rc10gt in the post from the USA.

what timing! someone was asking if anyone owned a TG10 in the "for sale" forum.
i was reading in a magazine that the foam bumpers are a good investment and you have one i see. "azzachaz" lost control of his car this weekend and his bumper needs to be rivetted in to fix it (he posted pics on the "members ride" forum of his front end after the prang.

sweet ride dude. It will be even sweeter when your GT turns up from the US.
If you are ever thinking of selling the TG-10 give us a bell, i can use some of the parts for my Mad Bison

Hmm, thanks for the offer azzachaz but i think i might keep it!
Its 1000 times better than my TGS so its gonna become my main on-road bitch, but I guess both my on-raods will be sitting around for a while when i get my Gt but :P
BTW my TGS has only had a new larger fuel tank, new radio gear and the tunded gear set. My TG10 has only had a tuned pipe put on it.
They are a fairly even match, although when the tg10 is on form nothing can stop it!
What exactly is a mad bisson?

Mad Bison = TG-10 offroad
It is technically a TGM-01 chassis which means the TG-10 chassis with different suspension arms, larger gear set to handle the big wheels, and different body posts for the truck shell.
A lot of the parts are interchangable.

you might be able to see some similarity, I dont have any pic with the body off atm, the deck looks exactly the same

Ah, thats great, that thing must fly.
Is it easy to convert a tg10 to one? If i really get into off-road then i might consider the swap!

best bet is to find a bison rolling chassis then you're rolling. You can do without bigger gears but you will definately need wheels/suspension/longer dogbones etc
Definately a fun truck to drive though, very capable and fast.
